NGUYEN THI THU MO

Thu Mo is a partner of Bui & Partners. She possesses more than 20 years of legal experience comprising not just private practice but also in-house counselling (for Ocean Group, T&T and Vincommerce). Ms. Nguyen’s practice focuses primarily on hospitality, real estate, land and construction in which she has also handle several large M&A transactions. Owing to the nature of her past positions, she additionally advised banking & finance issues, corporate general, commercial, labor,  and tax.

• The development of a complex of shopping mall, office and hotel in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province;
• The development of Ngoc Da Residential Complex in Nhu Quynh District, Hung Yen Province;
• The development of An Tao Residential Project in Hung Yen Province;
• The development of T&T Riverview Vinh Hung Project in Hanoi;
• The investment in the project of Vincom Uong Bi, Quang Ninh Province;
